Helpful Tips for Great Skin
  1. Drink plenty of water every day. Your skin relies on the body's overall fluid levels to maintain healthy hydration – a vital defense against the environment's drying assault. Remember that coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks, and caffeinated colas are dehydrating. They can make skin dull and dry, and suppress circulation.

  2. Before blow-drying hair, apply moisturizer to face and neck. Aim blow-dryer away from exposed skin. If scalp is dry, avoid blow-drying for a day or two. You'll be pleased with the results.

  3. Raise the moisture level in your home or office. Use a humidifier or place bowls of water around the house to increase the humidity indoors.
